Premier Settlements & Title Services of Hagerstown, which Ridgecrest acquired from Lisa Stanton and Rich Vieira in October, 2011, is an independent provider of real estate settlement services and an agent for First American Title Insurance Company. Lisa and Rich continue to manage the company. Premier’s principal focus is on the residential real estate market in Washington County, MD. Within this market, Premier is fast becoming the leading settlement and title insurance company in the complex “short sale” and “foreclosure” sub-markets. Premiere is located in Ridgecrest’s Westview Center, at the intersection of Church and Prospect Streets in Hagerstown. Westview has developed into a facility principally housing attorneys and financial service firms.
