Mulberry Design Center

Mulberry Lofts & Design Center is the first major building one sees when they drive into Hagerstown on MD Route 40, the “Dual Highway” that becomes Franklin Street. This 78,000SF building has been redeveloped by Ridgecrest as a high-end, value-oriented Design Center. The Mulberry Design Center has two focuses. First, the Center offers space for creative people from artists, sculptors, musicians and dancers to designers, web site creators, architects and planners. Secondly, the Design Center is a showcase for high-end furnishings; retailers can rent space to display their products or sell their products via consignment.
